Notes
The Long Champ XR-4 was introduced in 1980 by Suzuka Sangyo and manufactured by Speed Star (SSR). The wheel features a six-spoke center with a stepped outer lip, creating a profile that emphasizes both depth and structure.
Early versions used assembly bolts stamped with the katakana “スピードスター,” while later production adopted bolts marked “SSR” and added “LONG CHAMP” lettering cut into the outer shell. Produced in a wide range of sizes over a long production period, the XR-4 became a widely recognized design within Japanese aftermarket wheel culture.
